Orders ship within 5 business days, unless agreed upon at point of sale. I try my best to ship orders within 1-3 business days of receiving them but please note sometimes orders fall a day or two behind due to extenuating circumstances. I maintain the right to alter ship times should these events occur. In the event this does occur I will notify you immediately. If you are concerned with an item arriving for a particular date, please email me and I will do my best to ensure on time delivery.

All items ship safely in gift boxes ready for giving. 

International shipping is offered on on agreed upon circumstances only, please contact me if you would like to inquire about shipping outside of the US.

I want you to feel the same pride when wearing your handmade pieces of Ikigai Jewelry that I do in making them. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact within 7 days of receiving it to discuss how we can make it right.

Please know your size for rings, bangles or cuffs before ordering, if you are unsure please contact me and I will do my best to help. Ring sizers are available for purchase. 

All sales are final. Jewelry must be cared for properly and is the responsibility of the buyer. Please be sure to care for your jewelry properly by not bending or adjusting metals- for example with cuff bracelets or ring bands, as this causes metal fatigue and will eventually lead to the metal breaking.  To ensure your jewelry’s longevity proper fit and care are a must.

Ikigai Jewelry will not explicitly share your email or information outside of GoDaddy’s requirements. I use a third party email client for my newsletters, and you may choose to unsubscribe at any time. The web-store uses a secure system through GoDaddy, Square or PayPal to process credit cards. I do not have access to private credit card information.
